Breakfast with humpback whales
Each winter, humpbacks come up the Sainte Marie channel to calve. From the lodge you can often see them breach from your veranda. Go out on the water for up to three hours and get close.
The whole island lodge, just your people
Book all six bungalows and the beach is yours. Weddings, fortieths, a crew trip you'll still be talking about at sixty. Up to 18 guests, private dinners on the sand, the boats on call.

A scenic drive, then a traditional outrigger across the channel to the lodge beach.
NZ and Australian passports: eVisa online or visa on arrival. Under 15 days, no visa fee, just a small admin charge. Passport valid 6 months past arrival. Check the official portal first.
See a travel clinic 6 to 8 weeks out about vaccinations and malaria tablets. Yellow fever certificate if arriving from a country where it's present.
UTC+3. French and Malagasy spoken, and the team speak English. Carry some euros or US dollars.

Do I pay to send a request?
No. We check availability with the lodge and send you a firm quote. You only pay once you say yes.
Is it the same price as booking direct?
Yes, you pay the lodge's own rates. You also get a planner in your time zone who handles flights, transfers and every booking along the way.
Can you sort the flights?
Use the flight search for live fares, or tick "help me sort the flights" and we'll build options that fit your dates.
Weddings and big groups?
Book all six bungalows for exclusive use, up to 18 guests. We'll coordinate dinners, boats and anything else you dream up with the lodge.
